Delivery Services
Any delivery periods given are approximate and start from the date of despatch, not from the date of your order. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Luxembourg Post [EU only]:
Available to customers within the EU plus Norway and Switzerland. Standard service without tracking. Low cost, reliable and good delivery times. Lux Post weight and size limits apply. Available on orders under 2kg and under L+W+H=900mm with 600mm max length for boxes and under L+2D=1040mm with 900mm max length for mailing tubes.
Luxembourg Post FollowMe [EU only]:
Available to customers within the EU plus Norway and Switzerland. For a little extra cost a tracked service can be added to any Lux Post item. Weight and size limits apply as per the standard service. We offer FREE DELIVERY with tracking on all Lux Post orders over 100 EURO.
Royal Mail 24 [UK only]:
For all packages under 2kg packaged weight and under 80 GBP value, standard Royal Mail services are used by default within the UK. 1st class mail is normally next working day. This service does not include tracking.
Royal Mail Special Delivery [UK only]:
Only available on packages under 2kg. Within the UK, Royal Mail Special Delivery is the express option. This delivery service is guaranteed before 1pm next working day (after date of despatch) to most mainland areas.
Royal Mail Standard Airmail:
This service is the default option for all packages under 2kg weight and under 50 GBP value outside the UK. Royal Mail uses the regular postal networks in the destination countries for the actual deliveries and has proved to be very reliable. Delivery times are not guaranteed and there is no tracking, but most European destinations should expect 1-2 weeks approx and worldwide around 1-4 weeks approx depending upon location. This service does not include tracking.
Royal Mail Tracked:
Previously known as "Airsure" but renamed in April 2014. An express airmail service to selected countries world wide. All items are given priority handling in both the UK and the destination country. All packages must be within Royal Mail size limits, under 2kg weight and under 200 GBP value.
This service includes online tracking and insurance cover. Allow 1-2 weeks approx to most areas.
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed:
An express airmail service to selected countries world wide. All items are given priority handling in both the UK and the destination country. All packages must be within Royal Mail size limits, under 2kg weight and under 200 GBP value.
This service includes online tracking and insurance cover and must be signed for upon receipt. Allow 1-2 weeks approx to most areas.
Royal Mail Signed:
Previously known as "Signed For" but renamed in April 2014. If Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services are not available for your country, all packages under 2kg weight under 200 GBP value requiring tracking numbers will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed. This service includes basic level online tracking, insurance cover for all destination countries and requires a signature at point of delivery. Allow 1-2 weeks approx to most areas.
UPS:
From October 2011 we have replaced Parcel Force services with UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver services depending upon destination. UPS is a well known global company offering a modern and reliable delivery service with one of the best parcel tracking systems available.
Within the UK we have a flat rate 8.50 GBP per parcel to all areas of mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. To most other destinations we have maintained a competitive rate.
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please ensure you submit a real address if UPS is selected.
For non EC countries (outside Europe) UPS delivery charges in store do not include import taxes or other fees such as brokerage. These charges (as and where applicable) will be collected at the time of delivery by the delivery agent on behalf of your local Customs department. You are responsible for paying your taxes and other fees if requested.
From October 2018 as part of our new agreement providing lower shipping costs for the majority of our parcels we have a new size limit of 1.5m which means we can no longer ship longbows or anything over 59 inches.
UPS Luxembourg [EU only]:
Available to customers within the EU plus Norway and Switzerland. UPS Standard to most countries except Malta and Cyprus where UPS Express Saver applies. We have delivery discounts available on orders to all countries within the EU. See the Cart page for details.
Collect:
For very large shipments, unusual length packages such as longbows and for those countries not served by UPS we allow for customers to arrange for their own delivery companies to collect from us as and when their shipments are ready. Please contact us for further details.
Parcel Force:
This service has been phased out for UK and most of Europe. We still use this service for areas that UPS cannot cover. Mainly Russia, Iran and all PO Box addresses.
Parcel Force is a GLS and EMS partner. Parcels will be delivered by the equivalent partner service in your area. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

General Notes:
If delivery charges are displayed as "TBC" they will be calculated by a member of staff once we receive your order. Such orders will be treated as Quotation Requests and will remain on HOLD until you confirm your order via return email. To avoid this process, please select "Send Order Now" on the Checkout page. We will always select the most suitable delivery service relative to the size, value and destination of your order.

Postal collections occur Monday to Friday only. There are no collections at weekends, UK Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 1st January or during Pro Archery Series events.
