Currencies:

EURO:

European Currency Units (EURO) is our worldwide base currency. By default you will be charged in EUROs unless you live in the UK or North & South America. If you live in any of the EC countries, European law states that you will be charged the VAT of the source country. You will not have to pay any extra taxes when you receive your order.

From 4th January 2011 the UK rate of VAT changed from 17.5% to 20%.

On 1st November 2017 our Luxembourg branch began trading handling the majority of EU orders plus also Norway and Switzerland. The local VAT rate for Luxembourg is 17%.

If you live in any other country apart from those in the EC or if you live in a tax-free area (eg. Monaco, Australia, USA, etc), then we will NOT charge VAT on your orders. If you do not live in a tax-free area then you may have to pay import duty when you receive your order. This duty is dependent on the value of your order and your specific country's policy on imported items. Please contact your local post office or imports centre for details.

GBP:

Select UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) only if you live in the UK. On the currency selection page you should click the Union Flag if you either live or are currently resident within the UK. This includes customers from outside the EC who wish to have goods delivered to a UK address. You will be charged in UK Pounds and charged local taxes. If you live on one of the Channel Islands please ensure that "Channel Islands" is your selected country. This will automatically load up tax-free prices.

All Paypal payments will be in GBP currency.

USD:

If you live in the USA, Canada or any other country apart from the UK and EC, you may select US Dollars as your preferred method of payment. All prices in USD exclude ALL taxes.

If you do not live in a tax-free area then you may have to pay import duty when you receive your order. This duty is dependent on the value of your order and your specific country's policy on imported items. Please contact your local post office or imports centre for details.

If you make an incorrect currency selection this may delay your order as our staff will have to make amendments and ask for confirmation from you before processing.
